Current building regulations advise that any development or proposal on or near land affected by gas emissions must be adequately protected against the ingress of harmful gases such as RADON, CO2, METHANE and HYDROCARBONS.

Ground gas assessments include proposals for remediation strategies and show how risks will be reduced to an acceptable level by preventative measures.

Lainton Services Limited supplies, installs and designs a range of ground gas membranes and ventilation systems, all of which comply with NHBC recommendations and are installed in accordance with the BRE report 414 “Protective measures for housing on gas contaminated land”.

Our expert installers are NVQ LVL 2 qualified and are fully trained and certified by the manufacturers of the materials we offer.
