SikaProof® – Fully-Bonded Membrane System
A unique pre or post-applied system that provides a fully-bonded and crack bridging membrane. SikaProof® is made up of an embossed and highly flexible polyolefin membrane, with a unique grid pattern of sealant and a specially designed non-woven fleece.
This system produces a durable mechanical bond to either fresh concrete, using pre-applied SikaProof®-A, or hardened concrete, using post-applied SikaProof®-P. In addition, the sealant prevents any lateral water underflow and migration between the SikaProof® membrane system and the structural concrete.
Sikalastic® – 1K
A one component cementitious mortar fibre reinforced for flexible waterproofing. Sikalastic®-1K is a one component, flexible, fibre-reinforced mortar, based on cement modified with special alkali-resistant polymers. It also contains fine fillers, selected graded aggregates, plus special waterproofing additives to produce a flexible mortar that is ideal for waterproofing surfaces subject to flexural strain. Sikalastic®-1K is suitable for application by brush or trowel.
The Sika®-1
A waterproofing render system. The Sika®-1 Pre-Bagged Waterproofing System fully protects above and below ground structures from water ingress, eliminating the need for the maintenance of any internal drainage or pumping system associated with some other solutions.
Suitable for virtually any application, the system provides an effective water-tight seal for structures that must keep water out. Can be used to achieve Grades 1-3 under BS 8102-2009 and suitable for a high water table according to BS 8102-2009.
Sika® Bituseal S -115
A waterproofing render system. A post-applied self-adhesive waterproofing sheet membrane based on modified bitumen, reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric. It has a silicone treated release liner on the upper and lower surfaces to aid installation. It is a tough, durable, self-adhesive sheet with an overall thickness of 1.5mm.
Sika® BituSeal S-115 is available in 1.0m widths and is designed for use as an under-layer in fully self-adhesive multi-ply built-up systems. It has BBA certification and CE marking. It is used for waterproofing and damp-proofing of foundations. Particularly exterior walls of basements to protect against percolating water and damp soil retaining walls (according to EN 13969).
