Prior to commencing any internal render installation, a detailed survey is carried out to assess substrate condition, identify active leak points and confirm the appropriate system specification. Any structural repairs or stop-leak works required are completed before the main render programme begins.
All render installations are inspected at each coat stage by our project supervisor, with particular attention paid to coat thickness, curing conditions and detail treatment at junctions and penetrations. A completion report is issued to the client on handover.
