Scope Of Works
We were tasked with installing a comprehensive waterproofing solution to a number of different areas within their new 20,000m² missile production facility in Bolton.
Challenges Faced
Difficult site conditions including;
- Zero margin for applicator error
- All staff had to have prior background checks and approvals.
- Strict deadlines and completion targets.
Solutions
In conjunction with our construction & supply chain partners we ensured all deadlines were met and all materials installed to the highest of standards. Utilising Flexcrete’s “Applicator Friendly” polymer modified Cementitious waterproofing products, we internally waterproofed the floor, various elevations and sealed all penetrations in a number of different internal structures. These structures also had to be finished to ensure there was zero static discharge afterwards.
