Every podium deck project begins with a thorough survey of the existing substrate or new concrete deck to assess surface preparation requirements, confirm drainage arrangements and identify any structural issues that may affect the waterproofing installation.
During installation, our site supervisors carry out regular inspections at each stage of the build-up, from primer application and membrane installation through to protection board and drainage layer. On completion, all work is documented and signed off by our CSSW-accredited project manager.
